Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Orders below $75.00 shipped via UPS Ground service will be charged $7.95 within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories). Orders totaling $75.00 or more before sales tax will be shipped via UPS Ground Service free of charge within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories). This offer does not apply to orders requesting expedited delivery service.

Applicable UPS charges will be applied to orders requesting expedited delivery service or to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories or outside of the United States.

Standard UPS delivery times apply. We ship to US and Canadian addresses only.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We will refund your return within 30 days of purchase. To begin the process, send us an email at info@edufuntoys.com . We’ll send you a return form with shipping instructions. Un-authorized returns will not be accepted.

The item must be unopened and unused.

Pack the item in the original shipping box or other sturdy box

Send the item with a trackable carrier such as UPS or Fedex. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will refund the purchase price less any shipping charges. If your purchase had free shipping, there will be a $5.95 deduction for the cost of shipping.

We will refund the purchase amount, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. After that we will provide a merchandise credit.

If the product you receive is defective, please return it and we will replace it as quickly as possible and subject to availability.
